Keep this little zester close at hand to easily add flavor to all your favorite recipes. Soups, stews, vegetable dishes, cakes, pies and cookies will benefit from a little citrus zest.

The zester has five sharp, little cutting holes that glide across the citrus peel leaving smoothly cut strands of zest in their wake.

The design incorporates a stripper, a small, sharp cutting circle on the side of the zester. When pressed firmly into citrus rind, it cuts a picture-perfect, smooth-edged strip for garnishing cocktails and decorating other foods such as pies and cakes.

We recommend using our Zester for:
• zester removes the "sweet" zest of citrus fruit, not the bitter pith
• stripper makes long scorers of strips of peel for garnishing
• decoratively score cucumbers or zucchini before slicing
• score the length of carrot in a few placws, then slice to create a "carrot" flower
• place stem of fresh herbs in one of the zester holes; pull along stem to remove leaves
