FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover (NOVUS), American Express, Money Orders, and Cashier’s checks in U. S. $ only made payable to Ideas Etcetera. We do not accept Cash, third party checks or C.O.D. orders.
Important: Credit cards must be issued through a U.S. financial institution. On credit card orders, the billing information you enter must match that on your credit card statement. Your bank might decline the transaction if information does not match. Accuracy is very important; since, incorrect information will delay your order. We will call you if we find an error, and we will email you if we can’t reach you by phone.
STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT:
You should receive your order, during most of the year, within 2-14 days, depending on your distance from New York and on when we process your order.
If shipping your order consists of merchandise designated to ship directly from the factory, it usually takes from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at its destination during most of the year, unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Your credit card is charged for this purchase when you order is sent to the factory. Please note that, because this merchandise will be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facilities, there will be a delay in our Confirmation email due to the timing of their confirmation process to us.
In order to control costs, our normal procedure is to hold all orders until they can be shipped complete. If an item that you have ordered is not in stock and must be backordered, this will be indicated on the Order Confirmation email sent to you. At that time you will have the option of receiving the backordered merchandise as a separate shipment, which will incur an additional shipping and handling charge.
Prices do not include Shipping and Handling or New York State Sales Tax (8.325% on all orders shipped within New York).
Within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order with Ideas Etcetera you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing the details and status of your order and an individual order ID Number. During Christmas holiday season, shipping times will take longer, due to our heavy volume and UPS.
UPS does not guarantee Ground and 3 day Select service delivery time during this period.
