Thirty day refund policy is available for items in their original condition and original packaging. Full credit will not be given for merchandised returned after 30 days, or if the items returned are not in saleable condition. Please include a copy of your packing slip or your online order receipt with your return. Send all returns back via UPS or insured mail for your protection. In any event credit will not be applied until we receive the item back for full inspection and a credit will be issued within 10 business days of inspection. Credits will not be applied to any shipping or handling fees.

However, if you need to return it due to an error on our part, or if you received something damaged or defective, please contact customer service at 718-659-7974 or Customer Service within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for a pick-up and exchange it at no extra cost to you.
